Mr. Kenneth Megale is the main principal of MMT. Mr. Megale has significant experience in the real estate and mortgage financing industries. At Morguard Mr. Megale worked on behalf of many major Canadian pension funds and life insurance companies. Some of these companies include, the CBC pension fund, Air Canada, Northern Telecom, Dubont pension fund, OHMERS pension fun, the Manitoba Teachers Fund, and the Co-operators Life Insurance Fund.
Mr. Megale has a commerce degree with a major in real estate and urban analysis from McGill University. Corporations which Mr. Megale has worked for include: Morguard Trust Company, Waverly Developments Ltd. and Multimetro Mortgage Corp.
A sample of projects that Mr. Megale has financed are: Sunridge Plateau - Whistler BC, UBC Condominiums - 10th and Tolmie, Yaletown Condominiums - Davie and Hamilton, Langley Townhomes, Quail Ridge Golf Course - Kelowna, Parksville BC, Townhomes in Chemainus, BC. Multi-family conversion projects that Mr. Megale has completed have been located in: Invermere, BC, Calgary, Alberta, Langley BC, Duncan, BC, Creston, BC, Terrace, BC, Prince Rupert, BC. Waterfront land subdivisions that Mr. Megale has been a major component of have been in Mission Area, Kelowna BC, Oliver, BC and Nelson, BC.
